Reservation

Reservation for hotel accommodation must be made on the official Registration Form or through our website www.cardiorhythm.com. Reservation must be accompanied by one-night deposit. Payment can be either made by credit card or bank draft in US Dollars. The payment must be made payable to "Hong Kong College of Cardiology". For credit card payment, only Visa or Master will be accepted.

Deadline

Reservation must be made before 30 November 2006. Availability of hotel rooms cannot be guaranteed after this date.

Cancellation

All cancellations or changes must be made in writing. There will be no refund for cancellations of hotel reservation received after 31 December 2006. If cancellation is received before 31 December 2006, 50% of the one-night deposit will be charged as handling fee.
